
Business development is my passion. That's why it is so frustrating that what I often see in business is both a desire for more and a reluctance to change the way the business operates in order to get more. That's why I started MATCH Healthcare Consulting.
At MATCH, our focus is supporting our client's business development initiatives through processes for managing the change that growing a business requires. For example, achieving increased revenue is more than a goal or a decision. Something has to change within the organization to make that happen. MATCH assesses the critical factors to achieving your goal and then creates a change management process to accomplish that. We can be objective about the organization, its human capital, equipment and resources and are able to provide an unbiased view.
Culture change is another area of focus for us. That's a new concept in long term care here in the southeast and we're excited to be a part of making that kind of change happen for the business, the residents and the staff.
A third area of focus for MATCH is leadership development training. We believe that training an organization's leaders is the shortest route to achieving high levels of customer satisfaction and employee retention. That's another kind of change that positions our clients to meet their business development goals and we are proud to be a part of their success.
